摘要
《中华人民共和国民用航空法》自1996年颁行以来,对于我国的民航事业发展起到了巨大的保障作用与推动作用。随着时代的发展,应当在涉及安全管理、安全保卫、行政许可优化、促进通航发展、旅客信息保护以及更新民航运输责任等方面对《中华人民共和国民用航空法》进行修正,使其在新时代持续发挥新的作用,并且助力“一带一路”民航法治建设。
Since the Civil Aviation Law of the People’s Republic of China was enacted in 1996,it has played a huge role in ensuring and promoting the development of China’s civil aviation industry.With the development of the times,the Civil Aviation Law should be amended in terms of safety management,safety and security,optimization of administrative licenses,promotion of navigation development,protection of passenger information,and renewal of civil aviation transportation responsibilities.It will continue to play a new role in the new era and help the construction of the rule of law in the“Belt and Road”for civil aviation.
