摘要
基于质控图是实验室进行内部质量控制最重要的工具,实验室应从目的适宜性原则出发建立控制程序,包括选择使用有证标准物质作为实验室质控样品、确定控制图的类型、建立控制限以及确定控制分析的频度等,并采用日常质控图对煤中全硫、挥发分、发热量、氢等检测项目进行数据分析统计,以判断测试系统是否稳定可靠。从人员、设备、材料与样品、方法、设施与环境、标准物质等方面分析失控状态原因,通过以有证标准物质的分析质控图可判断测试系统的稳定可靠性。虽测定值未超过控制限,但应随时准备应对处理测试系统的潜在失控状态。
Quality control chart is the most important tool for laboratory internal quality control.Based on the principle of purpose suitability,this paper established control procedures,selected certified reference materials as laboratory quality control samples,determined the type of control chart,established control limits and determined the frequency of control analysis,the daily quality control chart system was adopted to do the data analysis for total sulfur,volatile matter,calorific value,hydrogen and other detection items,therefore,the reliability of testing system could be judged.From aspects such as stuff,equipment,materials and sample,method,facility,environment and so on,the reason of out of control state was analyzed,through the quality control chart of the certified reference material,the stability and reliability of testing system could be judged.Although the measured value does not exceed the control limit,the potential of out of control shall be treated at any time.
