Objective To explore the Predictive value of HEART score on cardiovascular adverse events in patients with acute chest pain of emergency department. Methods To select 79 cases of patients with chest pain who were admitted to our emergency department from March 2017 to March 2019 as a study object. They were randomly divided into a study group for 40 cases and a control group for 39 cases. The control group implemented routine nursing interventions, and the study group implemented nursing interventions based on the HEART scoring system. At 30 days after follow-up,the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the predicted incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).The actual incidence of myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and cardiogenic death in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).All-cause mortality in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying follow-up nursing intervention based on HEART score to patients with acute chest pain in emergency department and implementing corresponding nursing after stable condition, which could predict the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in patients as early as possible and reduce the incidence of adverse events after discharge. Therefore,it has clinical application value.
