摘要
在海上重大件远距离调遣或运输方面,半潜运输方式的可操作性及经济性等优势不可替代。但由于半潜船载货甲板宽度有限,重大件装载通常宽于甲板,甚至严重超宽。为了研究货物超宽对半潜运输及设计带来的影响,基于半潜运输项目,利用MOSES静水力计算软件分析了不同超宽距离下的航行稳性、上浮下潜稳性,得到了超宽对航行和浮装浮卸时稳性的影响;利用简化算法计算了不计超宽的墩木压应力,利用有限元分析方法计算了计及超宽的墩木压应力,对比得到货物超宽时的墩木压应力的变化,为实际工程应用提供参考。
The operability and economic advantages of semi-submersible transportation are irreplaceable in the aspect of long distance dispatch or transportation at sea.However,due to the limited width of cargo deck,heavy cargoes are usually wider than the deck and even severely oversized.In order to study the effect of over width on semi-submersible transportation,the navigation stability,and the floating and submerged stability under different width are built by hydrostatic calculation software MOSES,and the effect of over width on the stability of navigation and floating loading and unloading is obtained based on the semi-submersible transportation project.The simplified method is used to calculate the compressive stress of the block without over width,and the finite element analysis method is used to calculate the compressive stress of the block with over width.By comparison,the change of compressive stress of block is obtained when the cargo is over-wide.It can provide a reference for practical engineering applications.
