摘要
容错型磁通切换电机(faulttolerantfluxswitching permanentmagnetmotor,FTFSPM)具有容错能力强和转矩密度高的特点,适用于高可靠性场合。绕组短路故障是电机常见的故障之一,该文为了实现在动态过程中转速只经过一次调节即可达到收敛,提出一种绕组短路故障下的转矩冲量平衡控制算法。为了实现这一算法,首先针对正常相电流的缺失采用磁链补偿法,针对短路电流的扰动转矩进行前馈补偿,从而提高电机不同短路故障下运行的稳定性;推导不同短路故障下转矩冲量平衡控制方程,分析空间电压的缺失及短路电流脉动转矩对改变电磁转矩能力的影响,建立实现转矩冲量平衡控制动态调节时间的一般规律;通过仿真和实验实现电机在绕组短路故障下转矩冲量平衡控制,并对不同短路故障下动态响应进行比较,验证了所提算法的正确性与有效性。
The fault tolerant flux switching permanent magnet motor has the characteristics of strong fault-tolerant ability and high torque density, and is suitable for high reliability occasions. Winding short circuit fault is one of the common faults of motor. In order to achieve convergence in the dynamic process only after one-time adjustment, a torque impulse balance control algorithm under winding short circuit fault was proposed. Firstly, the flux linkage compensation method was used for the loss of the normal phase current, and the feedforward compensation was applied to the disturbance torque of the short-circuit current, thereby improving the stability of the operation under different short-circuit faults of the motor. Then the governing equations of torque impulse balance under different short-circuit faults were derived. The influence of the lack of space voltage and the short-circuit current ripple torque on the ability to change the electromagnetic torque was analyzed. The general rule of realizing the dynamic adjustment time of torque impulse balance control was established. The torque impulse balance control of the motor under winding short circuit fault was realized by simulation and experiment. The difference of dynamic response under different short-circuit was compared, and the validity and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm were verified.
