摘要
BIM技术是装配式建筑发挥其集成化、信息化优势的重要手段。在整个车站设计、建设阶段,各部门之间都需要各类信息的相互传递,各专业在考虑自身设计满足规范要求的同时也要进行协同设计。实践表明利用BIM技术对某装配式地铁车站进行仿真模拟,既能满足设计阶段、施工阶段的各种需求,又能提高项目综合管理水平,先导性地指导地铁车站设计、施工、运维。而装配式建筑与BIM技术的结合点主要在于对预制构件的标准化信息化管理、多部门协同、预演施工等方面,两者的结合对于地下工程的现代化、智能化、信息化发展具有深远影响。
BIM technology is an important means for assembly-based buildings to take advantage of their integration and informationization. In the design and construction stage of the entire station, all departments need to transfer all kinds of information to each other. Each major should also carry out collaborative design while considering its own design to meet the requirements of the specification. Practice shows that the simulation of a prefabricated metro station using BIM technology can not only meet the various needs in the design phase and construction phase,but also improve the overall management level of the project, and guide the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the metro station. The combination of prefabricated building and BIM technology mainly lies in the standardized information management of prefabricated components, multi-sector collaboration, and pre-production construction. The combination of the two has far-reaching impact on the modernization, intelligence and information development of underground engineering.
