摘要
为了提高结晶器铜板的抗磨损能力,采用空气助燃超音速火焰喷涂法(HVAF)在铜板表面喷涂WC-Cr3C2-Ni硬质合金涂层.性能测试结果表明,使用HVAF法制备的WC-Cr3C2-Ni涂层脱碳较轻,孔隙率低;具有高硬度、高耐磨性的力学性能,涂层平均显微硬度能够达到1337HV 0.3;涂层热稳定性较好,平均导热系数为292.11 W/(m·K).与目前使用的WC-17Co涂层相比,综合性能更佳.现场生产试验结果证实,WC-Cr3C2-Ni涂层的效果优于WC-17Co涂层.
In order to improve the wear resistance of copper plate in crystallizer,WC-Cr3C2-Ni cemented carbide coatings were sprayed on the surface of copper plate by Activated Combustion High Velocity Air Fuel(HVAF)method.The results of performance test show that the WC-Cr3C2-Ni coatings prepared by HVAF method has the advantages of light decarburization and low porosity;the mechanical properties of high hardness and high wear resistance,the average micro-hardness of coatings can reach 1337 HV 0.3;the thermal stability of the coatings is good,and the average thermal conductivity is 292.11 W/(m·K).Compared with the WC-17Co coatings,the WC-Cr3C2-Ni coatings comprehensive properties are better.Field production test results confirmed that the effect of WC-Cr 3C 2-Ni coatings is better than that of WC-17Co coatings.
