摘要
目的探讨精准护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者康复的影响。方法该文主要观察对象为66例糖尿病肾病患者,接收于2018年6月-2019年6月。通过电脑随机法,予以分组探讨,主要有常规组(常规化护理)、研究组(精准护理干预),各33例。观察并对比两组生活质量的改善情况。结果研究组生活质量评分显著优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精准护理干预能够进一步改善糖尿病肾病患者的生存质量,加快了患者康复进程。值得在临床中广泛普及。
Objective To investigate the effect of precise nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods The main subjects in this study were 66 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were received from June 2018 to June 2019. Through the computer randomization method, group discussion was carried out, mainly including the conventional group(conventional nursing) and the research group(precise nursing intervention), each with 33 cases. Observe and compare the improvement in quality of life between the two groups. Results The quality of life score of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Accurate nursing intervention can further improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy and accelerate the recovery process. It is worthy of widespread use in the clinic.
