摘要
住院医师规范化培训是理论教育接受模式向医师角色转化的重要阶段,针灸推拿专业的实践操作性强,规培是针推专业理论与实践结合的桥梁,是医学生院校教育结束之后成为合格临床医师的必由之路,根据实际临床带教经验,分析了目前针灸推拿专业规培生存在的问题,提出了一些带教心得。
Standardized resident training is an important stage in which the acceptance model of theoretical education is transformed into the role of physicians.Acupuncture and massage specialty has strong practicability.Planning and training is a bridge between theory and practice of needle pushing specialty.It is the only way to become a qualified clinician after the end of medical students'college education.According to the actual clinical teaching experience,the problems existing in the current regulation training of acupuncture and massage specialty was analyzed.Some teaching experiences were put forward.
