摘要
以白色念珠菌和黑曲霉孢子作为研究对象,比较悬液定量、载体浸泡和载体喷雾3种臭氧水不同作用方式对真菌的杀灭效果。结果表明,10 mg/L臭氧水悬液作用5 min对白色念珠菌的杀灭率为100%,作用3 min对黑曲霉孢子的杀灭率为100%;10 mg/L臭氧水载体浸泡10 min对白色念珠菌和黑曲霉孢子的杀灭率均为100%;15 mg/L臭氧水载体喷雾15 min对白色念珠菌的杀灭率低于12%,对黑曲霉孢子的杀灭率低于21%。一定浓度的臭氧水通过悬液定量、载体浸泡对真菌有良好的杀灭效果,但臭氧水载体喷雾对真菌的杀菌效果较差。
Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger spores were used as research objects.The killing effect of ozonated water on fungi was studied by three methods(suspension quantification,carrier soaking and carrier spray).The result showed that the killing rate of 10 mg/L ozonated water suspension for 5 min to Candida albicans was 100%.The killing rate of Aspergillus niger spores was 100%after 3 min of 10 mg/L ozonated water suspension.The killing rate of Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger spores by 10 mg/L ozonated water carrier soaking for 10 min was 100%.The killing rate of Candida albicans was less than 12%after spraying 15 mg/L ozonated water carrier for 15 min.The killing rate of Aspergillus niger spores by 15 mg/L ozonated water carrier spray 15 min was less than 21%.Ozonated water with a certain concentration has a good killing effect on fungi through suspension and soaking,but ozonated water spray has a poor killing effect on fungi.
