ZZ8500/25/50型大采高工作面液压支架的设计与应用

摘要 为设计出适用于某矿10号煤层厚度大、直接顶薄、基本顶坚硬、底板不平整等地质赋存条件的工作面液压支架,通过确定液压支架的伸缩范围及支护阻力,选择支架各构件类型,设计研制出ZZ8500/25/50型四柱支撑掩护式液压支架。 In order to design the hydraulic support of working face which is suitable for the geological occurrence conditions of 10 coal seam,such as large thickness,thin direct roof,hard basic top and uneven floor,by determining the telescopic range and support resistance of the hydraulic support,each component type of the support is selected,and the ZZ8500/25/50 four-column support masking hydraulic support is designed and developed.
