摘要
针对重介质旋流器的入口形状,即渐开线型和切线型两种不同入口形状,采用FLUNT仿真软件的形式对设备分选性能进行分析。通过对不同颗粒的分选效率及速度的仿真结果分析得到以下结论:在小颗粒煤的分选上,切线型入口的重介质旋流器具有一定的优势,而在大颗粒煤炭颗粒的分选上,两者之间的分离性能相差不大。该研究结论可为重介质旋流器的使用选择提供一定的参考依据。
According to the inlet shape of the heavy medium cyclone,two kinds of heavy medium cyclone with different inlet shapes of involute type and tangent type are adopted,and the equipment separation performance is analyzed by the form of FLUENT simulation software.The results of the simulation of the separation efficiency and velocity of the different particles are obtained.On the separation of the small-particle coal,the heavy-medium cyclone of the tangential inlet has a certain advantage,and the separation performance between the large-particle coal particles and the separation performance of the large-particle coal particles is not small.This provides some reference for the choice of the heavy-medium cyclone.
