带式输送机运输煤量自动匹配及节能技术的研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对选煤厂带式输送机长时间空载、欠载的运行状态,提出运煤量自动匹配控制算法,即根据带式输送机运输的实时煤量自动调整皮带速度,使得运煤煤量与皮带速度匹配最优,以达到节能增效的目的。在分析系统组成及工作原理的基础上,进行硬件分析和软件设计,最后将所设计的方案进行工业试验,试验结果表明,运用运输煤量自动匹配控制算法能够降低带式运输机的平均运行速度、电流、供电耗能,提升工作效率116.1%。 Aiming at the running state of the belt conveyor in the coal preparation plant for a long time and under-load,the automatic matching control algorithm is put forward,that is,according to the real-time coal quantity transported by the belt conveyor,the belt speed is automatically adjusted,so that the coal conveying quantity and the belt speed match the best,So as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement.On the basis of the composition and working principle of the analysis system,the hardware analysis and software design are carried out,and the designed scheme is used for industrial test.The results show that the automatic matching control algorithm can reduce the average running speed and current of the belt conveyor.And the power supply and energy consumption are reduced,and the work efficiency is improved by 116.1%.
