摘要
鉴于我国工作面辅助运输能力较综采工作面生产能力相对滞后的问题,在简述DX系列电牵引单轨吊车的情况下,具体阐述了电牵引单轨吊车关键分系统(轨道)安装的注意事项,并对单轨吊车蓄电池以及机车日常应用的维护和保养提出相关要求,为提升单轨吊车工作面的稳定性和可靠性奠定扎实的基础。
In view of the problem that the auxiliary transportation capacity of working face in our country is relatively lagging behind that of fully mechanized mining face,under the condition of DX series electric traction monorail crane,this paper expounds in detail the matters needing attention in the installation of the key subsystem(track)of electric traction monorail crane,and puts forward some relevant requirements for the maintenance and maintenance of monorail crane battery and locomotive daily application.It lays a solid foundation for improving the stability and reliability of monorail crane working face.
