摘要
基于生态足迹模型,引入生态压力指数、生态占用指数和生态经济协调指数作为评价区域生态安全的指标,对赣南地区2005—2015年生态足迹及生态承载力进行核算,并对当地生态安全进行定量研究和动态分析。结果表明,2005—2015年赣南地区人均生态足迹和人均生态承载力变化整体都呈现上升趋势,人均生态足迹从2005年的0.307 hm 2增加到2015年的0.341 hm 2,其中2005—2011年赣南地区一直出去生态赤字状态,2012—2015年赣南地区的区域发展处于生态盈余状态,生态状况明显好转,万元GDP生态足迹整体呈现明显下降的趋势。整个研究期间赣南地区的生态压力指数均大于0.8,属于不安全状态,生态占用指数处于1级很贫穷的状态,而生态经济协调指数等级也是处于协调性很差的1级。以上数据表明赣南地区的生态安全不容乐观,生态压力较大,结合赣南地区的实际状况,提出了相应的措施。
Based on the ecological footprint model,the ecological stress index,ecological occupancy index and ecological economic coordination index were introduced as indicators for evaluating regional ecological security,the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Gannan region from 2005 to 2015 were accounted for,and the local ecological security was quantitatively studied and analyzed dynamically.The results showed that the per capita ecological footprint and per capita ecological carrying capacity of Gannan region during 2005-2015 showed an upward trend.The per capita ecological footprint increased from 0.307 hm 2 in 2005 to 0.341 hm 2 in 2015.In 2005-2011,Gannan region had been in an ecological deficit state;in 2012-2015,the regional development in Gannan region was in an ecological surplus state,and the ecological status improved significantly.The ecological footprint of million in GDP dropped obviously.During the whole period,the ecological tension index was greater than 0.8,which was the unsecure status on the whole,the ecological occupancy index was grade 1,which belonged to the poor condition,and the ecological economic coordination index was also grade 1,it showed the social economic development did not get along well with ecological environment.All above data and analysis indicated that the ecological security of Gannan region is not optimistic on the whole,the article proposed some appropriate measures according to the specific circumstance.
