摘要
对铁观音低产茶园进行了改造试验,套种珍贵树种肉桂,以改善茶园土壤肥力,提高茶园内的温湿度,减少茶园病虫害的发生,促进茶树生长,提高茶叶质量,提升茶叶品质。结果表明:茶园内套种肉桂,可改变气候,空气新鲜,促进茶树生长,成为有机质茶叶。茶园温度能提高7.2%、湿度提高13%、空气湿度提高3.9%,茶树生长树树高度可提高11.5%、冠幅宽度大能提高14.8%,茶叶生长叶片长度增大20.0%、宽度增宽25.8%、厚度增厚10.0%,制成铁观音茶叶鲜度提高30%,外形紧结沉重,色泽墨绿,汤色金黄,兰花香观音韵。
The transformation of tieguanyin low-yield tea garden and the interplanting of cinnamon, a rare tree species, can improve the soil fertility of tea garden, improve the temperature and humidity in the tea garden, reduce the occurrence of diseases and insect pests in the tea garden, promote the growth of tea tree, improve the quality of tea. The operation test shows that the cultivation of cinnamon in the tea garden can change the climate with fresh air, which promotes the growth of tea trees. So, the tea becomes organic tea. Tea garden temperature can be increased by 7.2%, humidity by 13%, air humidity by 3.9%;tea tree growth tree height can be increased by 11.5%;crown width can be increased by 14.8%;tea growth leaf length is increased by 20.0%;width is widened by 25.8%. The thickness is 10.0% thick, and the freshness of Tieguanyin tea is increased by 30%.The shape is tight and heavy;the color is dark green;the soup color is golden and the orchid is fragrant.
