摘要
我国是以煤炭为主要能源的国家。燃煤产生的大量SO2会对环境造成严重的污染,所以在煤炭的利用过程中,脱硫是必不可少的一道工序。在诸多脱硫工艺中,半干法(干法)脱硫因其性价比较高而得到较为广泛的应用,但产生的高钙脱硫灰成为新的污染物。在实验室条件下,用NH4Cl溶液与高钙脱硫灰反应,以得到合适的含钙溶液。实验表明,在条件为:温度20℃、NH4Cl溶液浓度0.5mol/L、NH4Cl过量10%、反应时间60min时,得到的浸取液最好。
Coal is a main energy resource in our country.The large amount of SO2 produced by coal combustion will cause serious environmental pollution.So in the process of coal using,desulfurization is an essential procedure.Among all the Desulphurisation solutions,dry desulfurization methods(half-dry desulfurization methods)are widely used because of their high cost performance ratio.However new solid waste of high-calcium desulphurization ash is produced.In order to utilize the calcium resource in the desulphurization ash,NH4Cl solution is used to dissolve out the calcium in the high calcium desulphurization ash.High calcium desulphurization ash is reacted with NH4Cl solution to get the right calcium solution.The experimental results show that leaching solution could be the best under the controlled conditions of temperature 20℃,NH4Cl solution concentration 0.5 mol/L,NH4Cl excess by 10%and reaction time 60 mins.
