SAEME技术在综合化学实验设计中的应用

摘要 设计了表面活性剂辅助乳化微萃取(SAEME)-高效液相色谱法测定饮水中酞酸酯实验项目。该项目以分散液液微萃取技术为基础,表面活性剂代替该技术中的分散剂,对比了阳离子表面活性剂CTAB、阴离子表面活性剂SDS和非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100的分散效果。实验结果表明,该设计取得了较好的萃取效果,同时减少了有机溶剂的使用量,高效低耗,环境友好。 An innovative experiment entitled "determination of phthalate esters in drinking water by surfactant assisted emulsification microextraction( SAEME) combined with high performance liquid chromatography " was designed by using surfactant assisted extraction technique. The design was based on the new procedure,dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction( DLLME),but the dispersant was replaced by surfactant. The dispersion effect of the cationic surfactant CTAB,the anionic surfactant SDS and the non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 was compared,the concentration and volume of the surfactant were determined by referencing the critical micelle concentration( CMC), and the understanding of the relationship between the state of the substance and the chemical environment,the salting-out effect was also deepened. By comparing the experimental results,the better extraction effect was obtained. At the same time,the amount of organic solvent was reduced. The advantages of this method are high efficiency and low consumption,environment friendly and beneficial to the operators.
