摘要
"实验动物学"课程是兰州大学医学和生命科学专业重要的基础实验课程之一,对医学及生物学科研人才的培养和科学研究的发展起至关重要的支撑作用。笔者利用在美国约翰霍普金斯大学系统参与"医学实验动物学"实验教学的机会,梳理其理论与实践相结合的教学特色,分析该校线上与线下相结合、侧重于动物伦理学教育和审查、紧密结合科研、并采用有利于提升综合能力的自主学分研讨式考评模式,在学生创新能力培养方面成效显著。我国应增加伦理教育比重,改良实验教学模式,改革多样化考核方式,建立适合我国医学实验动物学的实验教学体系。
The "Laboratory Animal Science" course is one of the important basic experimental courses in the major of medicine and life science in authors’ university. It plays a vital role in the training of scientific research talents and the development of scientific research in medicine and biology. The authors took advantage of being a teaching assistant of the Laboratory Animal Science course in the Johns Hopkins University in the USA,studied their teaching characteristics such as combined theory with practice,combined on-line course and off-line teaching together,paid more attention to animal ethical education and protocol censor,closely integrated with scientific research and adopted the independent credit and discussion type in the evaluation system. These teaching methods have proved successful in fostering student innovation ability. Benefiting from these experiences,our country should increase the proportion of ethical education,optimize the teaching mode about practicing and adopt diversified evaluation methods,and finally establish a special experiment teaching system which is suitable for the laboratory animal science course teaching in China.
