摘要
科学仪器公共平台是大型仪器开放共享体系的重要组成部分,在推动大型仪器开放共享、提高仪器设备使用效益和为教学科研提供公共支撑方面发挥了重要作用。北京大学科学仪器公共平台建设实行校级-院系级-开放机组三级管理体系。介绍了北京大学公共平台的三级管理体系,并重点对校级平台"自上而下,学校统筹,集中建设"和"自下而上,立足学科,辐射全校"的两种准入模式以及校级平台退出机制进行了阐述,以期与兄弟高校共同开展研究和探索。
The public platform for scientific instruments is an important part of the opening-sharing system of large-scale instruments. It plays an important role in promoting the opening-sharing of large instruments,improving the efficiency of the instruments and equipment,and providing public support for teaching and scientific research. The construction of scientific instrument public platform in Peking University is implemented by three levels of management system,namely,school level,department level and open unit. The three-level management system of the public platform of Peking University,and the access-withdrawal mechanism of the school level platform are introduced in this paper in order to carry out the exploration with other universities and colleges together.
