新型电动叉车升降系统的能量回收效率分析及仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 电动叉车作为工业自装卸运输车辆,凭借其节能减排绿色环保的设计理念以及高效灵活的搬运能力,在物流仓储行业占有不可替代的重要位置。随着社会大力推进节能低碳工作,电动叉车发展迅猛,同时对其节能降耗也提出了更高的要求。针对电动叉车升降系统中的货物势能能量回收问题提出一种新型能量回收方案,并结合电动叉车5种典型工况进行节能原理介绍,同时利用AMESim仿真系统对其节能效率进行了理论验证和仿真研究,为电动叉车节能技术进一步研究提供参考。 As an industrial self loading and unloading vehicle,the electric forklift has an irreplaceable position in the logistics and storage industry by virtue of its energy saving and environmental protection design concept as well as the efficient and flexible handling capacity.With the development of energy saving and low carbon in the society,the electric forklift has been developed rapidly,and higher requirements are put forward for its energy conservation and consumption reduction.A new energy recovery scheme was proposed for the recovery of the potential energy in the lifting system of the electric forklift truck.The energy saving principle was introduced with the five typical working conditions of the electric forklift truck.At the same time,the energy saving efficiency of the electric forklift was verified and studied by the AMESim simulation system,which provided reference to the further research of the energy saving technology of electric forklift.
