摘要
联用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)技术和X射线能谱(EDS)技术对广东省江门市上川岛花碗坪遗址发掘的青花瓷和粉彩瓷两类古陶瓷进行形貌和元素分析.通过对比分析两样品气孔的尺寸以及其分布密度可以推断出青花瓷的烧结温度比粉彩瓷的高.通过EDS元素半定量分析确定了这两类陶瓷片的色料、瓷胎和瓷釉的化学组分,初步判断瓷器材料来源于景德镇的湖田窑.EDS成像进一步验证了青花瓷使用的是釉下彩工艺,以钴石为色料;而粉彩瓷使用的是釉上彩工艺,以矾红为色料.
In this paper,morphology and element analyses of blue-and-white porcelain and pink-colored porcelain selected from the Huawangping site on Shangch uan Island,Jiangmen City,Guangdong province,were carried out by the SEM-EDS technique.By comparing the pore size and distribution density of two samples,it can be concluded that the sintering temperatures for the blue-and-white porcelain were higher than those for the famille-rose porcelain.By semi-quantitative analysis of the EDS elements,the chemical components of the body and the glaze were obtained.It is suggested that the porcelain originated from the Hutian kiln in Jingdezhen.It is further ve rified by the method of EDS imaging that underglaze color technology was adopted for the blue and white porcelain and cobalt stone was used as pigment,but the glaze color craft and alum red were adopted for the famille-rose porcelain.
