摘要
研究基于某“双一流”建设高校2017届毕业生就业数据,采用二元逻辑斯谛回归探讨影响毕业生发生过度教育的影响因素。研究发现,第一,该校毕业生群体存在明显的过度教育现象。第二,在自变量中,学历层次、本科院校类型和工作满意度均对过度教育有显著影响。其中,过度教育在学历层次上呈倒U型分布,本科院校为985的研究生群体发生过度教育的可能性更大,发生过度教育的毕业生群体在工作满意度上存在对工作普遍满意的反常情况。第三,在控制变量中,专业类型、工作与专业相关性对过度教育的发生有显著影响。
Based on the employment data of 2017 graduates in a“Double First-Class”university,this paper uses the binary logic regression to explore the factors affecting the over-education of graduates.The study finds that,first,there is a clear phenomenon of over-education in the graduates from that university.Second,among the core variables,the level of education,the type of undergraduate colleges,and job satisfaction all have significant impacts on over-education.Among them,over-education has an inverted U-shaped distribution at the academic level;graduate students from“985 undergraduate universities”are more likely to be over-educated;the over-educated graduates have abnormalities in job satisfaction.Third,among other variables,there is no statistical significance for the occurrence of over-education except for professional types,work and professional relevance.
