摘要
根据行波管包装后尺寸公差的特点,设计了螺纹转接模具,编写了三坐标自动测量程序,设置了合理的测量步骤、逼近和回退距离,测量出了输入与输出装置的距离、行波管包装底板与输出波导的高度差、平行度和特征点的XYZ坐标,并根据坐标值在三维绘图软件中自动生成波导连接件的加工图,完成了波导连接件的加工。安装与测试结果表明,该方法补偿掉了裸管制造过程的误差,使得位于波导连接件上的最终安装口的朝向和位置满足设计要求。
A novel technique was developed for dimension measurement of assembled traveling wave tube(TWT)with imported coordinate measuring machine(CMM).The measurement comprises the input/output device distance,separation and parallelism between bottom of TWT assembling plate and output wave-guide,and coordinates of alignment points.The original work included the design of threaded transfer mold,optimization of measurement procedures,compilation of automatic measurement program,determination of reasonable forward/backward motion distances,and automatic generation of machining drawing of wave-guide connectors based on measured data by means of 3 D graphics software.Moreover,the accumulated errors,originated from the fabrication and assembling of TWT,were effectively compensated.The test results show that the self-developed measurement technique works pretty well.For example,the orientation and position of final installation port on wave-guide connector satisfies the design requirements.
