摘要
PBT、PC通过熔融共混制备的合金可克服两种树脂各自的缺点,但低温韧性差。通过增韧的方式,可扩大合金材料的应用范围。本实验研究了MBS、ACR两种壳核抗冲改性剂单独使用及复合使用的效果。发现两种增韧剂共同改性PBT/PC,材料不仅在常温下韧性优异,而且-20℃的低温悬臂梁缺口冲击强度可以达到50kJ/㎡以上。
The alloys prepared by melt blending of PBT and PC can overcome the shortcomings of the two resins,but the low temperature toughness is poor.The application of PBT/PC can be widened by toughening.In this experiment,the effects of MBS and ACR as shell-core impact modifiers used alone and synergistically were studied.When the PBT/PC was toughened by two toughening agents,the notched impact strength of the material reached more than 50kJ/m 2 at-20℃.
