基于在线课堂的混合式教学模式在新护士规范化培训中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于在线课堂的混合式教学模式在新护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法采取便利抽样法选择2015~2017年本院新毕业护士138例,利用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各69例。对照组采取传统的规范化培训方法进行培训与考核,即新护士以自学为主,集中学习为辅的培训方法,通过自学理论知识的同时采取单向课堂讲授、小组讨论、临床查房、操作示教、情景模拟、个案护理等形式开展规范化培训;观察组在对照组的基础上增加基于在线课堂的混合式教学方法进行规范化培训,比较两组护士的理论和技能考核的成绩及合格率、病情观察能力和抢救能力。结果观察组护士理论和技能考核的成绩合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组护士的病情观察能力和抢救能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于在线课程的混合式教学模式在新毕业护士规范化培训中具有良好的效果,该模式值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching mode based on online classroom in standardized training of new nurses.Methods A total of 138 cases of newly graduated nurses in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected by convenient sampling method,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.In the control group,the traditional standardized training method was adopted for training and assessment,that was,the new nurses were trained mainly by self-study and supplemented by concentrated learning.The standardized training was conducted in the form of one-way classroom teaching,group discussion,clinical rounds,operation teaching,scenario simulation,case nursing and other forms while learning theoretical knowledge by themselves.On the basis of the control group,the observation group were trained with the online class-based blended teaching method for standardized training,and the scores and qualified rate of theory and skill assessment,condition observation ability and rescue ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores and qualified rate of the theory and skill assessment of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of observation ability and rescue ability of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching model based on online course has a good effect in the standardized training of new graduate nurses,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
