摘要
摩托车作为一种操作方便的机动车辆,在广大城乡的客货运输领域和经济生活中扮演着重要角色。由于实际使用环境复杂多变,其可靠性问题一直备受企业和广大消费者关注。探究一种与市场相关度高、试验周期短和可形成试验规范的强化试验方式,对指导新型摩托车的车架开发、提高摩托车系统安全性和稳定性有着重要的理论研究与工程实用价值。本文基于强化载荷谱,采用相关分析与强化试验相结合方法,对一款150型摩托车车架进行了可靠性分析与验证。
As a kind of motor-driven vehicle with convenient operation,motorcycles play an important role in the transportation of passengers,goods and economic life in the wide range of urban and rural areas.Motorcycles are used in complex and variable environment,and the safety problem of the vehicle is of great concern to the enterprises and wide consumers.Therefore,finding a strengthening test method which is highly relevant to the market,has a short test cycle and can form test specification has important theoretical guiding significance and practical value for improving the safety and stability of motorcycle system.Based on the reinforcement load spectrum,this article combines the finite element analysis,road correlation analysis,fatigue analysis theory and reinforcement test to analyze and verify a type 150 motorcycle frame.
