摘要
目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮辨治高血压肝阳上亢证的临床效果。方法:选取医院2016年2月-2018年12月诊治的高血压肝阳上亢证患者106例作为研究对象,均实行药物治疗。根据用药方案不同分为对照组与研究组,各53例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组在西药治疗基础上联合天麻钩藤饮辩证治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗前后血压水平变化。结果:研究组总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的83.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组舒张压和收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药基础上采用天麻钩藤饮辨治高血压肝阳上亢证的临床效果显著,可有效控制患者病情,纠正血压水平,值得借鉴。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin on hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang.Method:A total of 106 patients with hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang diagnosed and treated in the hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,all of whom were treated with medication.According to different medication regimens,the patients were divided into the control group and the research group,53 cases in each group.The patients treated with conventional western medicine were set as the control group,and the patients treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin on the basis of western medicine were set as the research group.Therapeutic effect and blood pressure level before and after treatment were observed between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the research group was 96.23%,which was higher than 83.02%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine,Tianma Gouteng Yin is effective in treating hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang.It can effectively control the patient’s condition and correct the blood pressure level.It is worth learning from.
