摘要
目的:观察路径式管理在高职护理专业教学中的应用效果,探讨其对学生职业技能与职业精神培养相融合的价值与意义。方法:选取某高职院校护理专业的80名学生为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式,将其均分为试验组与对照组,每组40名。对照组采取常规管理模式,试验组进行路径式管理,分别进行为期1年的培训。培训结束后,对比两组学生培训效果。结果:试验组职业技能考核成绩及职业精神成绩均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:路径式管理对高职护理专业学生职业技能与职业精神的融合培养有积极作用。
Objective:To observe the application effect of path management in the teaching of higher vocational nursing,and to explore its value and significance in the integration of students’vocational skills and professional spirit cultivation.Method:Eighty students from nursing major in a higher vocational college were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by random lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the regular management mode,and the experimental group conducted the path management,and each of them conducted one-year training.After training,the training effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The vocational skills assessment scores and professional spirit scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Path management plays an active role in the integration of vocational skills and professional spirit of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
