摘要
运用贸易竞争力指数、国际市场占有率、服务贸易出口技术复杂度对中国服务贸易竞争力进行分析后发现,整体上中国服务贸易国际竞争力不足。分行业看,金融、建筑、通信、信息及计算机分项保持相对国际竞争优势;旅游、运输、个人文化分项竞争优势持续下滑;保险养老金分项虽有改善,但仍存在较大竞争劣势;专利许可费项常年极不具有竞争优势。在此基础上,利用2010年~2017年数据,使用计量模型分析中国服务贸易竞争力影响因素发现:当前条件下,人均GDP、服务贸易开放程度的提高并不利于中国服务贸易竞争力提升,政府效率和服务业外商投资有助于中国服务贸易竞争力提升。最后,给出提升中国服务贸易竞争力的政策建议。
This paper analyses the competitiveness of China’s service trade by using trade competitiveness index,international market share and export sophistication of service trade,and finds that the overall competitiveness of China’s service trade is insufficient.In terms of different industries,finance,construction,communication,information and computer maintain relative international competitive advantages;the competitive advantages of tourism,transportation and personal culture continue to decline;although insurance pensions have improved,they still have greater competitive disadvantages,and the patent licensing fee items have no competitive advantages all the year round.On this basis,using data from 2010 to 2017 and econometric models to analyze the influencing factors of China’s service trade competitiveness,it is found that under the current conditions,the improvement of per capita GDP and the openness of service trade are not conducive to the improvement of China’s service trade competitiveness,whereas government efficiency and foreign investment in service industry are conducive to the enhancement of China’s service trade competitiveness.Finally,this study provides some policy suggestions in order to enhance the competitiveness of China’s service trade.
