摘要
目的探讨不同侧卧角度对压疮高危人群风险防范的作用。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月我院收治的400例压疮高危人群作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各200例。对照组接受传统变换体位护理干预。观察组在对照组的基础上辅以不同侧卧角度护理干预。比较两组压疮发生情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组干预后压疮发生率为5.50%,显著低于对照组的24.50%(P<0.05);观察组干预后心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活及生活质量总分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后护理满意度为96.50%,高于对照组的75.50%(P<0.05)。结论针对压疮高危人群采用不同侧卧角度护理干预,能显著降低压疮发生率,改善患者生活质量,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To explore the effect of different lateral angle on risk prevention in patients with high risk population of pressure ulcer.Methods 400 cases of patients with high risk of pressure ulcer from September 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research object;all of them were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(200 cases)received conventional nursing;the observation group(200 cases)received different lateral angle nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of pressure ulcer,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groupswere compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,the incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 5.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 24.50%(P<0.05).In the observation group,psychological function(P<0.05),physical function(P<0.05),social function(P<0.05),material life(P<0.05)and total score of quality of life(P<0.05)were significantly higher than that in the control group;After intervention,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of different lateral angle in patients with high risk population of pressure ulcer can improve the clinical treatment,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,improve the quality of life of patients and improve the quality of nursing service of patients.
