摘要
为解决缓冲衬垫对产品外形不规则、不平整的适应性,研究发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)材料“齿形”结构的静态缓冲性能。对不同个数的“齿形”结构EPS材料以及普通块状EPS材料进行静态压缩试验,并采用origin软件对应力-应变曲线进行分析,进而研究EPS材料“齿形”结构的等效厚度以及缓冲系数之间的关系。“齿形”结构EPS材料缓冲系数与“齿形”结构个数相关,“齿形”结构个数越小,“齿形”结构EPS材料缓冲系数越小。由于“齿形”结构个数越多,静态压缩试验的缓冲面积越大,该结构EPS材料缓冲能力越好,且“齿形”结构的EPS材料的静态缓冲系数与“齿形”结构个数呈现一次函数线性关系:C 1=3.67n-0.12和C2=3.89n-0.13;“齿形”结构EPS材料的等效厚度与普通块状结构的厚度同样存在一次函数线性关系:t1=45.44n-1.54和t2=47.49n-1.62。
In order to solve the adaptability of buffering pad to irregular and uneven shape,the static buffering performance of expanded polystyrene(EPS)material“tooth-shape”structure was studied.Static compression tests were carried out on EPS materials with different number of“tooth-shape”structure and ordinary block shape EPS materials,and stress-strain curves were analyzed by origin software,and then the relationship between equivalent thickness and buffering coefficient of“tooth shape”structure of EPS materials was studied.The buffering coefficient of“tooth shape”EPS was correlated with the number of“tooth-shape”structures,the smaller the number of“tooth-shape”structures,the smaller the buffering coefficient of“tooth-shape”EPS could be obtained.The larger the number of“tooth-shape”structures,the larger the buffering area of the static compression test could achieve,and the better the buffering capacity of EPS material could be obtained.The relationships between the static buffering coefficient of EPS material of“tooth-shape”structure and the number of“tooth-shape”structures are linear,which are C 1=3.67 n-0.12 and C2=3.89 n-0.13.There are also correspondence line relationships between the equivalent thickness of“tooth-shape”structure EPS material and the thickness of ordinary block structure,which are t1=45.44n-1.54 and t2=47.49n-1.62.
