摘要
以碳纤维/聚苯硫醚(CF/PPS)层合板为研究对象,采用DOE方法优化设计感应焊接实验方案,研究焊接接头性能,并对其截面和断口形貌进行观察,揭示焊接工艺参数对焊接接头性能的影响机制。结果表明,通过DOE方法获得最佳焊接工艺参数(功率2.0 kW、压力1.5 MPa、时间3.0 min),焊接接头最大单搭接剪切强度为13.87 MPa,与实验验证结果(13.25 MPa)相近;接头剪切强度随着焊接工艺参数值的增加,均呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势;在最佳焊接工艺参数下,焊接接头结合紧密,失效形式为不锈钢网的撕裂与纤维的断裂拔出,呈现出高剪切强度;而在过低或过高焊接工艺参数下,界面脱黏为主要失效形式,剪切强度较低。
In this paper,taking carbon fiber(CF)/polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)laminates as the research object,the property of welded joints was studied and the section morphology and fracture of the welded joint were observed to elucidate the mechanism of the influence of welding parameters on the properties of welded joints by optimizing design induction welding experiment with DOE method.The result show that the best welding process parameters are obtained by DOE method(power is 2.0 kW,pressure is 1.5 MPa,time is 3.0 min)and the max single lap of welded joints is 13.87 MPa,which is close to the experimental verification(13.25 MPa).The shear strength of welded joints increases at first and then decreases with the increase of welding parameters.Under the condition of optimum welding parameters,the structure of the welded joint is so tight,and the failure form of it is the tearing of stainless steel mesh and pulling out of fiber fracture,showing the high shear strength.However,the interface debonding is the main failure form of welded joints and the shear strength is lower when the welding parameters are too low or too high.
