摘要
腹部血管损伤(AVIs)在腹部损失中相对少见,但复杂多变,容易遗漏,因此对腹壁外伤患者应进行及时准确的判断和处理。腹部血管的主要损伤方式包括穿透伤、钝挫伤及医源性损伤,其成功救治的关键在于疾病的及时识别和恰当的处理,手术过程中往往需要专业的血管外科知识和技能。常用的方式有损伤血管修补,旁路转流和血管结扎、血管腔内处理等方法。
Abdominal vascular injuries(AVIs)are rare in abdominal trauma,but they are complex and variable thus easy to leak diagnosis.Therefore,patients with abdomen trauma should be promptly and accurately judged and treated.The main damage modes of abdominal blood vessels include penetrating injury,blunt contusion and iatrogenic injury.The key to successful treatment is the timely identification and proper treatment of the disease.Professional vascular surgery treatment,knowledge and skills are often needed during the operation.Generally used methods include damaged vascular repair,bypass and vascular ligation,and intravascular treatment.
