摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理干预在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将90例胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者按护理方法不同分为对照组和精细化护理组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,精细化护理组在此基础上给予精细化护理干预,比较护理效果。结果:两组术中出血量、拔管时间、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);精细化护理组患者护理后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理干预可有效改善胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少并发症,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of meticulous nursing intervention in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods:According to different nursing methods,90 cases of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer were divided into control group and meticulous nursing group with 45 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the meticulous nursing group was given meticulous nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two gourps.Results:There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss,extubation time and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of HAMD and HAMA in meticulous group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing intervention can effectively improve anxiety and depression of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
