摘要
为提高汽轮机三维可视化工艺规划的效率,提出了采用Smart3Dviewer可视化装配工艺设计系统,对复杂的UG模型进行轻量化后制作装配动画,使相关的工艺参数三维可视化。选择某汽轮机的复杂三维模型进行了三维可视化工艺规划。模型轻量化后,在工艺规划中增加了各工序动画、工艺道序说明、检验表格等工艺内容。实际应用验证了该技术方案是可行、高效的。
To improve the efficiency of 3D visualization process,Smart3Dviewer visualization process planning system is adopted.With this system,complex UG models can be converted into lightweight models and animations can be made,thus the process parameters can also be 3D visualized.A 3D visualization process is planned based on a complex turbine 3D model.During this process,the model is light-weighted,and 3D animation,description of process,inspection sheet and so on are integrated in the process plan.Actual application has proved that this technology solution is feasible and efficient.
