摘要
新形势下的教育改革对高校教师队伍的素质提出了重要的挑战。习近平同志提出,要建设政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛、育人水平高超的高素质教师队伍。大学老师在工作中面临着更多压力和挑战,其中教学质量和科研能力评估是大学教师最主要的压力来源,尤其是给青年教师带来较为显著的压力。文章认为通过改变对压力源的认知、压力拆分以及向他人求助等方式来缓解工作压力是非常必要的措施。
The education reform under the new situation has posed a challenge to the quality of college teachers.Xi Jinping has proposed to build a contingent of university teachers with excellent political quality,professional ability and education level.College teachers will face more pressure and challenges in their work,among which teaching quality and scientific research ability evaluation is the major sources of pressure for college teachers,especially for young teachers.This paper argues that it is necessary to change the cognition of the source of stress,to separate the stress,and to seek help from others to relieve the work pressure.
