摘要
北京西路片区(南京)民国建筑内包含两栋建筑--北京西路57号民国建筑及天目路32号民国建筑。作为近代高级住宅区,它们的造型及空间极具特色,因此对其进行了保护修缮。同时,为满足使用需要,在两栋建筑之间开挖了地下停车场。回顾整个民国建筑修缮过程,可以了解近现代住宅修复的相关工艺与技术,以及如何在新的功能需求之下完整保存老建筑,使其焕发新的活力。
The Buildings built in Republic of China in Beijing West Road District(Nanjing) contains two buildings-No. 57 Building on Beijing West Road and No. 32 Building on Tianmu Road. As a high-class modern residential area, they have special style and space characteristics, so they have been protected and repaired. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of using, underground parking lots were excavated between the two buildings. Looking back at the whole renovation process of the buildings built in Republic of China, we can learn about the related crafts and techniques of modern residential restoration, and know how to completely preserve the old buildings and revitalize them with new functional requirements.
