摘要
文章以大吨位简支箱梁结构工厂化预制施工过程为研究对象,选取其中较为重要,且决定大吨位简支箱梁核心特性的施工过程进行重点分析,明确了高强度混凝土分项工程和大吨位简支箱梁预应力钢绞线张拉分项工程的施工控制重点,进一步完善了大吨位简支箱梁工厂预制整体施工技术能力。
Taking the factory prefabrication construction process of large-tonnage simple-supported box girder structure as the research object, this paper focuses on the analysis of the construction process which is more important and determines the core characteristics of large-tonnage simple-supported box girder, and defines the implementation of high-strength concrete sub-project and large-tonnage simple-supported box girder pre-stressed steel strand tension sub-project. Emphasis of industrial control has further improved the overall prefabrication construction technology capability of large-tonnage simple-supported box girder factories.
