摘要
基于LabVIEW为控制系统的列车电制动试验台的设计方案,对多种传感器的信号进行收集和处理,利用飞轮组和负载电动机模拟列车的惯性和阻力。列车制动过程中,飞轮储能装置通过再生制动储存能量然后再利用,提高整个过程的能量利用率,纯电制动技术具有更大的环保和提高制动系统寿命的意义。
This paper proposes a design scheme of the electric brake test bench for the train based on LabVIEW as the control system.The signals of various sensors are collected and processed,and the inertia and resistance of the train are simulated by the flywheel group and the load motor.In the process of train braking,flywheel energy storage device stores energy through regenerative braking and then uses it to improve the energy utilization rate of the whole process.The pure electric brake technology has greater environmental protection and the significance of improving the life of the brake system.
