基于ANSYS的柔性支撑结构随机振动分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某一精密设备的柔性支撑结构进行了随机振动仿真分析,验证了柔性支撑结构的减震效果。首先对柔性支撑结构进行了模态分析,确定了其固有频率及振型,结果显示:柔性支撑结构基频高达848.02 Hz,远远高于所支撑精密设备的基频230.07 Hz,从而避免与精密设备发生共振。其次对柔性支撑结构进行了随机振动PSD(Power Spectral Density)分析,通过分析,确定了结构的动力学相关参数,分析结果显示:柔性支撑结构1σ下的位移为0.170×10^-5 m,1σ下的应力为0.9×10^6 Pa,且随机振动相对放大参数满足所支撑精密设备的减震要求,结构安全可靠。分析结果验证了柔性支撑结构设计的合理性,同时对同类柔性支撑结构的设计和动力学仿真分析具有一定的指导意义。 ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the random vibration of a flexible support structure of a precision equipment to verify the damping effect of the flexible support structure.Firstly,the modal analysis of the flexible support structure is carried out,and its natural frequency and mode shape are determined.The results show that the fundamental frequency of the flexible support structure is as high as 848.02 Hz,which is much higher than the fundamental frequency of the supported precision equipment of 230.07 Hz,so as to avoid resonance with precision equipment.Secondly,the random vibration PSD(Power Spectral Density)analysis of flexible braced structure is carried out.Through analysis,the dynamic parameters of the structure are determined.The results show that the displacement under the 1σof the flexible support structure is 0.170×10^-5 m,and the stress under 1σis 0.9×10^6 Pa.The random vibration relative amplification parameter satisfies the damping requirements of the supported precision equipment,and the structure is safe and reliable.The analysis results verify the rationality of the flexible support structure design,and have certain guiding significance for the design and dynamics simulation analysis of similar flexible support structures.
