摘要
针对道路施工中经常面临的压缩工期问题,以某工程为例,基于网络计划技术的双代号网络图法,对网络中时间参数进行计算,依据提出的逐步优化、考虑极限时间及适当增加劳动力和机具等优化原则,对道路施工工期进行合理优化。结果表明,基于网络计划技术可使道路施工工程在达到预期工期要求的前提下节约工程成本,进而提高工程的经济效益和社会效益。可为道路施工组织中的工期优化工作提供参考。
Duration compression is one of the common problems in road construction.Taking a project as example,this study proposes a duration compression method of road construction using network planning technology.In the process of schedule compression,the activity-on-arrow network method is used to calculate time parameters,and some optimization principles are given such as gradual optimization,considering time limit and adding instruments and labors reasonably.The result indicates that using network planning technology can decrease costs in the premise of duration compression,and increase the economic benefits and social benefits of the project.This paper can provide a theoretical evidence for the duration compression of road construction.
