川藏铁路电气化工程面临的挑战和对策思考 被引量:15

摘要 作为缺乏有力电网支撑的复杂大坡道高原山区高标准电气化铁路,川藏铁路电气化工程外部电源系统总体薄弱,需要大规模配套建设,牵引供电系统方案应与外部电源系统方案紧密衔接,整体化研究,一体化实施;电气化工程所处环境非常严酷,需要对电气设备绝缘开展分析、研究、论证,确定合理的绝缘海拔修正系数,并开展电气绝缘配合方案的相关研究论证;工程实施条件非常困难,对电气化系统方案的简约化、集成化、紧凑化等提出了很高的要求;技术要求非常特殊,对牵引变电所供电能力、电源备用方式、大坡道分相处理方案、变电设备适应性、接触网安全性和可靠性等诸多方面提出了极为特殊的要求。此外,上述问题和困难交织叠加相互作用,构成了更为复杂的需求和挑战。本文围绕上述需求和挑战,结合川藏线具体情况进行论述和分析,以目前开展的相关工作为基础,经过思考和深化提出解决方案和对策思路。 The external power supply system for Sichuan-Tibet railway electrification project,a high standard plateau and mountain electrified railway,which is lack of support of powerful supporting power grid and is of steep slope,is weak in the whole,and requires large scale supporting construction.The traction power supply system scheme shall be closely connected to the external power supply system scheme,require integrated study and integrated implementation;the railway electrification engineering locates in a very severe environment,which requires the development of analysis,study,illustration on electrical equipment so as to determine the insulation altitude correction coefficient,and require to develop relative study and illustration of electrical insulation coordination;the most difficult engineering implementation conditions bring forward higher requirements on simplicity,integration and compactness of electrification system scheme;most severe technical requirements bring forward most special requirements on several aspects of traction power supply capability,power supply reservation mode,disposal scheme for phase break setting on steep slope,adaptability of substation equipment,safety and reliability of OCS.Moreover,the intersecting and disposing of the above mentioned problems from more complicated demands and challenges.The paper,centering on the above mentioned requirements and challenges,connecting to the illustration and analysis of the actual situations of Sichuan-Tibet railway line,with the relative work implemented at present as the basis,the resolution schemes,counter measures and ideas are put forward after profound consideration.
