摘要
目的了解温州市孕妇碘营养水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样,从温州市每个县(市、区)按不同方位选取5个乡镇,每个乡镇随机抽取孕妇21名,收集孕妇姓名、年龄、孕周等基本信息,按WS/T 107—2006《尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法》等相关标准检测和评估孕妇尿碘及家庭食盐碘含量。结果温州市1159名孕妇尿碘中位数为108.00μg/L,碘营养不足的比例为71.44%。孕妇碘盐覆盖率为71.81%,合格碘盐食用率为66.21%。孕早、中、晚期孕妇尿碘中位数分别为121.00、109.00、92.90μg/L,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.31,P<0.05),孕晚期孕妇尿碘水平低于孕早期(t=-3.78,P<0.05)。食用非碘盐组和碘盐组孕妇尿碘中位数分别为92.35、113.00μg/L,食用碘盐组孕妇尿碘水平高于非碘盐组(Z=-3.06,P<0.05)。结论温州市孕妇碘营养水平不足,孕晚期孕妇尤为严重,食用非碘盐是孕妇碘营养水平偏低的主要原因。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition level of pregnant women in Wenzhou,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Multi-stage sampling was used.Firstly,5 townships were select from each county in Wenzhou according to different orientations.Then,21 pregnant women were selected randomly in each township and the basic information such as name,age and gestational week of pregnant women was collected.According to relevant standards such as WS/T 107-2006 Methods for determination of iodine in urine by As3+-Ce4+catalytic spectrophotometry,urinary and salt iodines were detected.Results The median of urinary iodine of pregnant women was 108.00μg/L in Wenzhou,and the proportion of iodine deficiency was 71.44%.The iodized salt coverage rate was 71.81%,and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 66.21%in pregnant women.In the first,second and third trimesters,the medians of urinary iodine of pregnant women were 121.00,109.00,92.90μg/L,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=14.31,P<0.05).Urinary iodine level in late pregnancy was lower than in early pregnancy(t=-3.78,P<0.05).The medians of urinary iodine of pregnant women in the non-iodized salt group and the iodized salt group were 92.35μg/L and 113.00μg/L,respectively.The urinary iodine level of pregnant women in the iodized salt group was higher than that in the non-iodized salt group(Z=-3.06,P<0.05).Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of pregnant women is insufficient in Wenzhou,especially in pregnant women in the third trimester.The consumption of non-iodized salt is responsible for the low iodine nutrition level in pregnant women.
