摘要
以火力发电厂SCR废催化剂为研究对象,分析焙烧过程物相变化,探究钠化焙烧工艺对二氧化钛回收率的影响。采用正交试验得出各因素对二氧化钛焙烧浸出率影响的主次关系依次为:焙烧温度>碳酸钠添加量>焙烧时间>物料粒度。钠化焙烧工艺参数为:焙烧温度700℃、焙烧时间3.0 h、物料粒度-106μm、Na 2CO 3与原料质量比3.0,钛的浸出率可以达到94%。
Efficient recycling of TiO 2 from waste SCR catalyst was achieved via Na 2CO 3 roasting and water leaching.Phase evolution during sodium roasting and effects of sodium roasting parameters on recovery of TiO 2 were investigated.Influence sequence of roasting parameters on recovery of TiO 2 confirmed by orthogonal experiment is roasting temperature,dosage of Na 2CO 3,roasting time,and particle size of waste SCR catalyst.Titanium leaching rate is 94%under the optimum conditions including roasting temperature of 700℃,roasting time of 3.0 h,particle size of waste SCR catalyst of-106μm,and mass ratio of Na 2CO 3 to raw material of 3.0.
