摘要
为了研究超长大管棚超前加固技术在地铁工程建设中的应用,保证隧道结构的稳定安全,以西安地铁某车站施工为工程背景,介绍了隧道超长大管棚的施工工艺,运用各种现场监测手段以及数值模拟方法进行了研究和分析,验证超前大管棚加固技术在黄土地区的可靠性。结果表明:超长大管棚能够有效地控制隧道的地表沉降,隧道在管棚加固开挖完成后最大沉降为-4.30mm,相比未加固工况减小了71.52%;超长大管棚钢管在隧道开挖面附近受到的弯矩最大,为0.75 kN·m。研究证明了超长大管棚支护技术在黄土地区隧道工程中运用的可行性。
In order to study the application of advanced reinforcement technology of large pipe-shed in metro construction and ensure the stability and safety of tunnel structure,the construction technology of large pipe-shed was introduced based on a station in Xi'an.By means of field monitoring and numerical simulation,thereliability of the reinforcement technology of large pipe-shed in loess area was verified.The results show that the large pipe-shed can effectively control the surface settlement of the tunnel.The maximum settlement of the tunnel after the reinforcement is -4.30 mm,which is 71.52% lower than the original condition.Near the tunnel face,the steel pipe of the pipe-shed has the maximum bending moment,which is 0.75 kN·m.It is proved that the support technology of large pipe-shed is feasible in tunnel projects in loess area.
