摘要
目的探讨骨科留学实习医生临床教学方法及效果。方法选择我院骨科2015年6月—2018年5月42名留学实习医生作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组21名。对照组采用常规教学方法进行临床带教,研究组采用基于问题教学模式(PBL)进行临床带教,比较2组教学效果。结果2组基本理论知识得分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组实习医生的临床实践技能、疾病诊断和检查以及患者评价项目考核得分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科留学实习医生临床带教过程中应用PBL教学,不仅能提高临床实践技能,同时还能促进其临床综合素质的提升。
Objective To explore the clinical teaching methods and effects for international intern students in orthopaedics department.Methods We selected 42 international interns who were newly enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2018 as study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 21 in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods.Conducting clinical teaching,the research group used the problem-based teaching model(PBL)to conduct clinical teaching and compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in scores of basic theoretical knowledge between the two groups of interns(P>0.05).Clinical practice skills,disease diagnosis and examination,and evaluation scores of patient evaluation items in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a problem-based teaching model in the teaching process of the international intern students in orthopaedics department for clinical teaching can not only improve the clinical practice skills of the intern,but also promote the improvement of clinical comprehensive quality.
