摘要
以圆截面圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧为研究对象,对确定类型的弹簧先分析参数确定变量,然后利用三维软件SolidWorks的参数化功能进行参数化设计并进行三维建模,通过更改变量得到同类型不同尺寸的系列仿真压缩弹簧,调用SolidWorks Simulation插件对这些仿真压缩弹簧进行有限元分析,得到它在工作负荷和工作极限负荷时的位移量,确定设计的合理性,为安装提供一定的参考。
