摘要
介绍了一种基于传统的楼板后浇带施工而研制的快装快拆工具式钢边模体系及其施工技术。该模板体系可以快速周转、重复利用,适用于大型公共建筑、超长结构或超高层建筑的楼板后浇带施工,其成型效果好,施工效率高,克服了传统施工方法容易出现的漏浆、胀模、钢筋偏位等问题,有效确保了后浇带周围结构板和钢筋保护层厚度,具有一定的推广使用价值。
A kind of steel edge formwork system of quick assembly and disassembly tool based on the traditional construction of floor post-pouring strip and its construction technology are introduced.The formwork system can be quickly turned around and reused,and is suitable for the construction of post-pouring floor strips in large public buildings,super-long structures or super high-rise buildings.It has good forming effect and high construction efficiency.It overcomes the problems of slurry leakage,formwork expansion and steel bar deviation,etc.,which are easy to occur in traditional construction methods.It effectively ensures the thickness of the structural slabs and the reinforcement cover around the post-pouring strip and has certain popularization and application value.
