摘要
学习支持服务的体系构建不应该只是个别教学模块的简单叠加,而是要从系统论的角度思考、实践,要从整体上进行教学管理服务设计,包括教与学活动涉及的学习资源、硬件设备、学习环境等模块,使之整体上得到优化、融合。因此,基于系统论研究范式,要从运行机制上设计和研究学习支持服务体系,首先要明确构成学习支持服务体系的核心要素及其作用。
The construction of a learning support service system should not be the simple superposition of individual teaching modules, but think and practice from the perspective of system theory. The teaching management services should be designed as a whole for the purpose of overall optimization and integration, including learning resources, hardware equipment, learning environment, etc. Therefore, in order to design and research into the learning support service system from the operational mechanism based on the system theory research paradigm, the core elements and their functions that constitute the learning support service system should be clarified first.
